The role requires strong knowledge of environmental regulations, safety practices, and data reporting, with engagement across sales teams to develop compliant, value‑driven solutions. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of complex regulations in environmental waste industry.
• Knowledgeable about industrial safety practices and hazardous waste handling.
• Analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented and technically capable.
• Ability to work under pressure, exercise judgment and manage resources.

Responsibilities

• Performs onsite customer service including regulatory inspections and waste profiling.
• Works with customers to establish reuse, reduction, recycling and treatment options.
• Provides data and reporting per contract specifications.
• Guides compliance with RCRA, DOT, TSCA and other regulatory bodies.
• Monitors sub-contractor services for quality and safety.
• Assists in implementing technical systems or software.
• Provides training and end-user support.
• Collaborates with sales to propose compliant customer solutions.
• Identifies new opportunities and retains existing business.
