Job summary

System One is seeking an Electronics Maintenance Technician for 100% travel. The role involves field work across sites, installing and maintaining advanced electronic systems including telecoms, radar, and fiber-optic equipment.

Travel typically spans six weeks on-site with one week off, with a 7:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule over four 10-hour shifts and overtime as required. Responsibilities include installation, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of field work, with emphasis on safety,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support site preparation for various rack installations and power grounding.
• Install or support circuits for contractor-furnished racks.
• Provide circuits for FENS racks and cabling pathways.
• Assist with rooftop LTE antenna installation and cabling routes.
• Inspect and report field activities to FAA representatives.
• Prepare field redlines for final as-built documentation.
• Remove or repair electronic components, wires and connectors.
• Test and troubleshoot using schematics and test equipment.
• Assist in field installation, site prep and cable management.
