Job summary

American Traveler is hiring a Telemetry Monitor Technician for a 13-week night assignment in Florida. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of telemetry monitoring experience and must meet licensing and driver’s license requirements.

Qualifications

• Certifications must not expire within 30 days of start date.

• No employment gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Work in the telemetry unit of an acute care hospital.
• 13-week travel assignment.
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Monitor telemetry equipment and patient cardiac rhythms as part of the telemetry care team.
• Candidates residing within a 50-mile radius of the facility will not be considered for this travel position.
• RTO requests must be less than one week.
• Travelers who have worked as permanent staff at any Community Health Systems facility within the past 2 years will not be considered.
