You will oversee ED operations, staffing, and patient care while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Pay ranges from $56.00 to $64.00 per hour per shift, with a per-shift pay of $672–$768.

Qualifications

• Active and valid state RN license.
• BLS (AHA) required on hire and maintained.
• ACLS (AHA) required on hire and maintained.
• PALS (AHA) required on hire and maintained.
• Minimum 1 year as ED/staff nurse in acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversees ED operations and nursing staff during shifts.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and patient assignments.
• Supervise and coach staff development.
• Support HR-related activities and performance management.
• Monitor supplies and unit readiness; coordinate patient flow.
• Address patient concerns and escalate as needed.
• Round with patients/families to ensure positive experience.
• Provide direct patient care to maintain safe staffing.
