Job summary

TotalMed Allied in Glenview, IL is actively seeking a travel Echo Technologist for a 13-week assignment. The role requires 40 hours per week with night shifts. A minimum of 1 year of echocardiography experience is expected, along with BLS and CCI (RCS) credentials.

The Echotech will use cardiac ultrasound equipment and coordinate with physicians for interpretation. The position offers a travel assignment with a structured pay package and benefits.

Qualifications

• BLS certification is required.
• CCI (RCS) credential required.
• 5+ years of experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients and families about procedures.
• Perform echocardiographic studies with Doppler and color.
• Acquire Stress Echo and Dobutamine images per standards.
• Perform transesophageal echocardiograms as required.
• Report findings to the reading physician.
• Maintain equipment and patient records.
