Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Echo Technologist for a 14-week assignment in Aurora, Colorado. The role requires 1 year of Echo experience, BLS, and ARDMS-RDCS or CCI-RS certification, plus state licensing where required.

The travel assignment is 40 hours per week on days, with pay arrangements including a tax-free stipend to be determined. The Echo Tech will operate cardiac ultrasound equipment, ensure high-quality images, and prepare studies for physician interpretation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Echo Tech experience.
• Active BLS and ARDMS-RDCS or CCI-RS certification.
• State-specific licensing when required.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients and families about procedures.
• Perform echocardiographic studies with quality Doppler.
• Acquire quality Stress Echo and Dobutamine images.
• Perform transesophageal echocardiograms as required.
• Report findings to the reading physician for interpretation.
• Maintain equipment and patient records.
• Use McKesson PACS system for imaging data.
