MedPro Healthcare Staffing seeks a travel Echo Technician for a 13-week assignment in Ocala, Florida. The role requires completion of accredited cardiac technology and cardiac ultrasound training, with interpretive responsibilities in a non-invasive cardiology setting.

Clinically, you will perform 2D echoes, M-mode and Doppler studies, deliver preliminary interpretations, and help train residents and staff. The position includes comprehensive benefits and travel support from the agency.

Competenze

• Successful completion of an accredited cardiac technology training course.
• Successful completion of an accredited cardiac ultrasound course.
• Ability to interpret studies to facilitate a comprehensive examination and preliminary interpretation.
• Graduate of a cardiac echocardiography technology program.

Mansioni

• Prepare patient for examination and perform 2D echoes, M-mode and Doppler studies.
• Prepare preliminary interpretation of echo studies.
• Maintain and document patient echo study records.
• Assist supervising physicians with training of residents, fellows, and other physicians.
• Demonstrate knowledge of multiple echocardiography platforms and technology.
• Read, interpret, and follow physicians' orders and procedures.
