Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Echo Technologist for a travel assignment in Gainesville, FL. The right Echo Tech must have 1 year of experience, BLS, and ARDMS-RDCS or CCI-RS certification, with state licensing as required.

You will operate the cardiac ultrasound machine, ensure image accuracy for physician interpretation, and care for patients undergoing echocardiograms. This role includes Doppler exams and maintaining equipment and records.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Echo experience.
• BLS certification required.
• ARDMS (RDCS) or CCI-RS certification.
• State licensing as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate cardiac ultrasound machine and ensure image accuracy for physician interpretation.
• Prepare patients for echocardiograms and care for them during procedures.
• Perform quality Doppler and color Doppler exams.
• Acquire Stress Echo and Dobutamine images per standards.
• Conduct transesophageal echocardiograms per physician expectations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document findings.
