Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Regional Activities Specialist for Southern & Central California to lead activity programming across communities. The role requires travel up to 100% and offers a salary range of $70,000–$75,000 annually.

You will support programming, scheduling, budgeting, and promoting activities to enhance residents’ independence and quality of life. Responsibilities include ensuring operations, standards, and policies are followed, and collaborating with the Executive

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 2+ years as an Activity Director or 3+ years as an Activity Assistant.
• Must have or be willing to obtain Class B License with Passenger Endorsement for 20+ passengers.
• Must have or be willing to obtain RCFE Activity Director Certification.

Responsibilities

• Support all programming, scheduling, budgeting, promoting, and directing activities and excursions for assigned communities.
• In absence of an Activity Director, cover activities, Oakmont OWL Production, Facebook management, financials, staffing, and community transportation.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director to maintain programming standards, policies, and procedures.
• Develop Oakmont Programming standards and related systems for Activity programs in Assisted Living and Traditions.
• Conduct audits of Assisted Living and Traditions Activity Departments.
