Oakmont Management Group, based in Irvine, California, seeks a Regional Activity Specialist - Transitions to support programming across communities with extensive travel. The role enhances residents’ independence and quality of life through activities and excursions, aligning with Oakmont's values.

You will collaborate with community leaders, administer programming standards, manage budgets, and ensure staffing coverage to sustain engaging experiences for residents and families alike.

Qualifikationen

• Must be eighteen (18) years of age.
• Preferred 2+ years as Activity Director or 3+ years as Activity Assistant.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Must have or be willing to obtain Class B License with Passenger Endorsement for 20+ passengers.
• Must have or be willing to obtain RCFE Activity Director Certification.
• Flexible to work holidays, evenings, weekends and additional shifts.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint).
• Must pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests (physical and TB).
• May require vaccination and PPE per regulatory guidelines.

Aufgaben

• Conduct and support standard operations of the Assisted Living and Traditions Activities departments as outlined in the job description.
• In the absence of an Activity Director, maintain activities and other resident programs, Oakmont OWL Production, Facebook Management, financials, staffing, hiring, and transportation.
• Work with the Executive Director to maintain Programming standards, policies and procedures.
• Contribute to development of Oakmont Programming standards and related systems for the Activity program in Assisted Living and Traditions.
• Conduct Audits of Assisted Living and Traditions Activity's Department.
