Responsibilities

• Analyzes network provider performance and quality indicators, conducting audits for compliance.
• Addresses and resolves escalated issues raised by providers.
• Collaborates with network contracting teams to negotiate terms with providers.
• Develops plans to expand and enhance the network with business development.
• Monitors network data to assess effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Collaborates with finance, operations, and customer service for alignment.
• Conducts regular meetings with providers to review performance and opportunities.
• Stays updated on industry trends and regulatory changes and informs stakeholders.
