Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking a Manager Operations Program to oversee customer experience and shape strategic growth for key accounts. The role includes dedicated account management, contract handling, and driving Lean improvements for multiple client engagements.

The position requires 4+ years in logistics or supply chain, strong communication skills, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Travel up to 75% and a Monday–Friday schedule are part of the role, with a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

4 years of relevant experience.
Confirmed logistics or supply chain management experience.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide dedicated account management support in several areas, including issue resolution, financial performance, adherence to contract terms and solution design and pricing.
Handle customer expectations and provide recommendations for strategic initiatives.
Handle the contracts for assigned accounts as well as all account-driven activities.
Develop short-term and long-range plans and goals for the organization.
Ensure attainment of annual profit, efficiency, and quality goals at each client engagement.
Direct capital expenditure and asset deployment activities.
Inspire and ensure a Lean culture.
