Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking a Manager Operations Program to oversee customer experience and shape strategic growth for key accounts. The role includes dedicated account management, contract handling, and driving Lean improvements for multiple client engagements.

The position requires 4+ years in logistics or supply chain, strong communication skills, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Travel up to 75% and a Monday–Friday schedule are part of the role, with a comprehensive benefits package

What you’ll do on a typical day:

Travel Requirements:

• Ability to travel up to 75% of the
• Must possess a REAL ID-compliant driver's license or passport to comply with federal travel regulations.
• Familiarity and ability to comply with TSA security procedures.

Ability to travel domestically via road, rail and air as required for the role and pursuant to Company travel and expense requirements

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• 4 years of relevant experience
• Confirmed logistics or supply chain management experience
• Superior knowledge of the supply chain vertical
• Project management experience

It’d be great if you also have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work or military experience
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain effective, reciprocal work relationships within and outside of the company
• Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills; able to be conclusive, results-oriented, and strategic in thinking and approach
