Job summary

American Traveler seeks a Certified Surgical Technologist for a CVOR position in Nevada, focused on open heart cases with bypass and ECMO experience. The ideal candidate will have active CVOR proficiency, a CST certification, and state licensing if required.

The assignment targets candidates willing to travel, with responsibilities including OR support, use of O-ARM, and Meditech EMR documentation. 13-week term with travel benefits and housing allowances.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of CVOR experience.
• Active experience with complex CVOR cases including bypass and ECMO.
• National CST certification required.
• State license required if applicable.
• Congenital CV and pediatric CV experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work in Open Heart/CVOR within a major hospital.
• Operate in a 23 OR suite environment with team leads and techs.
• Utilize O-ARM and advanced microscopes for procedures.
• Record patient data in Meditech EMR system.
• Perform procedures such as CABG, carotid, or structural repairs.
