Job Summary (RN Role)

• Perform independent and delegated nursing duties per state Board standards
• Assess, plan, implement & evaluate patient care
• Monitor patient health through continuous assessment
• Provide health education & counseling
• Deliver and support patient treatments and therapies
• Coordinate care, including referrals when needed
• Review and track treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation per hospital guidelines
• Collaborate with team and supervise/delegate when required
• May float to other departments (based on skillset)
• May be placed on-call as needed

Schedule & Weekly Hours

• Shift: 10-hour Day shifts
• Weekly Hours: ~40 hours/week (4 shifts/week)
• Flexibility: Must be open to working in General OR if required
• On-Call: Yes (as per schedule/need)

Pay Rate

• $105/hour (New Approved Rate)
• Estimated Weekly Gross: ~$4,200 (based on 40 hrs, excluding OT/on-call pay)
