• Shift: 12 hours, days

Assignment Summary – Endovascular (Day Shift)

• Shift: 3x12s (06:30–19:00)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years (First-time travelers accepted)
• Patient Population: Adult–Geriatric
• Certifications: BLS & ACLS required
• Skills Required: Endovascular experience, Vascular service line, EVAR
• Preferred: CSI & Penumbra experience
• Ratio: 1:1
• Systems: Epic preferred, Pyxis
• Scrubs: Provided by facility (OR scrubs)
• Scheduling & Call:
  • Every other weekend
  • Overnight call ~2x/week
  • Day call ~1x/month
  • 13–15 working days/month
  • ~2 weekend call shifts
  • Rare float to Main OR
• RTO & Holidays:
  • Max 7 days RTO (No Spring Break: April 4–12)
  • Must work required major holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Day, New Year’s Eve/Day) based on assignment period
• Compliance:
  • Full compliance required (delay = 2-week push due to bi-weekly orientation)
  • Clinical screen required before manager review
  • Locals accepted at same rate
• NBO hours based on contract length (e.g., 8 hrs for 8 weeks, 19 hrs for 19 weeks)
