MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Fresno, California. The role runs 13 weeks with 40 hours per week, on evenings, with a travel-friendly work schedule.

Qualifications

• Eighteen months prior experience in a health care setting as a CT Tech.
• ARRT (CT) or ASRT certification is required.
• Most states require licensure.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsabilités

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images for diagnosis.
• Position patients for CT scans using immobilization and protective equipment.
• Set controls, monitor equipment and patient, and make adjustments as needed.
• Assist radiologist with imaging procedures and injections if applicable.
• Dispense oral contrast to patients for CT scans.
• Assist radiologist with interventional CT procedures.
• Evaluate CT scans for technical quality and label images appropriately.
• Schedule patients and assist with clerical tasks.
• Charge procedures and supplies to patient records.
• Load and operate power injections for contrast media.
• Deliver high-quality, cost-effective patient care.
• Maintain a safe, patient-focused environment with a commitment to excellence.
