Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in New York, NY. This role offers 40 hours per week, dayshift AM shifts, and the chance to work in an ambulatory surgical care setting while advancing imaging skills.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology, ARRT certification (CT preferred), an active state license if required, and 1–2 years of radiologic experience with CT imaging. BLS is required; ACLS preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Radiologic Technology from an accredited program.
• ARRT Radiography certification; CT certification preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license, if required.
• BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• 1–2 years radiologic technologist experience; CT imaging preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Sterilize radiologic equipment and ensure patient safety.
• Explain scanning procedures to patients and obtain cooperation.
• Monitor and protect patients from radiation exposure.
• Review CT images for technical quality.
