Job summary

Supplemental Health Care seeks a CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Albany, New York. Job includes 13-week contract, 36 hours per week, 12-hour day shifts, and opportunities for extension.

Requirements include an accredited radiologic technology program, ARRT credentials, state licensure if applicable, and BLS (ACLS preferred). Prior CT experience is strongly preferred to ensure high-quality imaging and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT certification in Radiography (R); ARRT CT certification preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license, if applicable.
• BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
• 1–2 years of Radiologic Technologist experience; CT imaging experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology and CT imaging protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Sterilize radiologic equipment to ensure patient safety.
• Explain scanning procedures to patients.
• Ensure patient safety and radiation protection.
• Evaluate CT scans for image quality.

Education

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program

ARRT certification in Radiography (R)

ARRT (CT) certification

Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable)

BLS certification (ACLS preferred)

1-2 years of Radiologic Technologist experience; CT imaging preferred
