Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a contract assignment in Birmingham, Alabama.

The role requires ARRT CT certification (CT) and ARRT radiography, a radiologic license where applicable, BLS, and 1–2 years CT imaging experience.

Shifts are 12 hours at night, 36 hours per week for 13 weeks with potential extension; pay is $2,158–$2,351 per week, and SHC offers full benefits and 401(k) options.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Current ARRT certification in Radiography; ARRT (CT) preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable).
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred.
• 1–2 years of Radiologic Technologist experience; CT imaging experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and CT imaging protocols.

Responsibilities

• Capture diagnostic CT images using CT equipment.
• Sterilize radiologic equipment to ensure patient safety.
• Explain scanning procedures to patients and obtain cooperation.
• Ensure radiation safety and patient comfort.
• Evaluate CT images for technical quality.
