Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a Travel CT Technologist for a contract opportunity in Montgomery, Alabama. This role offers a 13-week assignment with 36 hours per week, primarily day shifts, and travel employment status.

You will perform CT imaging, ensure patient safety, and support quality diagnostic results in a partnering hospital environment. The position requires ARRT certification (CT preferred) and an active radiologic license, with 1–2 years of radiology experience and BLS; ACLS

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT certification in Radiography (R) with ARRT (CT) preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable).
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure patient safety.
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, including radiation protection practices.
• Evaluating CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality.
