Supplemental Health Care is seeking a CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The role offers a 13-week contract with 36 hours per week in 12-hour night shifts at a partnering hospital, with potential extension based on performance.

The ideal candidate holds ARRT in Radiography and CT (preferred), a radiologic license, BLS, and 1–2 years of radiology experience including CT imaging. This position is travel-oriented and location-specific to Chattanooga.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT certification in Radiography (R); CT certification preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable).
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols.

Responsibilities

• Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure the safety of patients.
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, including appropriate radiation protection practices.
• Evaluating CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality.
