Job description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a freestanding ER setting, requiring at least 6 months of current CT Tech experience and ARRT (CT) certification.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of current CT Tech experience
• BLS certification required
• ARRT (CT) certification required
• Kansas state Radiologic Technologist license required if applicable
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Responsibilities

• Freestanding emergency department setting with no inpatient beds
• Unit staffed with 4 CT/X-ray techs and 1 ultrasound tech
• Equipment includes a GE CT scanner and diagnostic radiology room
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week assignment
• Perform diagnostic CT and X-ray studies
• Prior experience working in a freestanding ED preferred
• General Rad Tech experience preferred
• Ideal candidates are passionate, flexible, and easygoing
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be considered; no local candidates accepted
