Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist to perform diagnostic CT and X-Ray imaging at a newly opened free-standing ER in Idaho Falls. ARRT-CT and ARRT-R certification with 2+ years of experience are required. The role involves night shifts, 7-bed unit, and collaborations with ER staff.

The position uses GE imaging equipment and documentation systems (GE PACS, Meditech, Clario). Housing allowance and travel/licensure reimbursements are among the benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of diagnostic CT/X-ray imaging experience.
• ARRT-CT and ARRT-R certification required.
• License required if applicable.
• Must be proficient performing both CT and X-Ray imaging.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Work at a brand new Free Standing ER imaging unit with 7 beds.
• Equipment includes GE Revo Maxima CT, GE XR AMX Navigate, and GE Definium Tempo Pro.
• Documentation systems include GE PACS, Meditech, and Clario.
• 3x12 hour night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM; rotating weekends.
• Potential to float to the main hospital campus for some shifts.
• Diagnostic imaging only, no interventional procedures performed.
• Work alongside ER RNs, MDs, and security staff.
• Black scrubs required.
• Perform diagnostic CT and X-Ray imaging studies.
• First assignment at a newly built facility.
