Job summary

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in an acute care hospital in North Carolina. This role requires CT and X-Ray experience, with ARRT and BLS certification, and a license if applicable.

The position is a night shift (8:00 PM–6:30 AM) with 40 hours per week and every-other-weekend coverage. Benefits include housing allowance, licensure reimbursement, and per diem options.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification and BLS certification required.
• CT and X-Ray experience required.
• License required if applicable.
• 1-2 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acute non-trauma hospital setting in Radiology, 1st floor.
• CT/X-Ray tech role working in CT scan services.
• 13-week assignment with night shift, 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM.
• 40 guaranteed hours per week with varying weekend hours.
• Every other weekend required.
• Optional call requirements.
• Float between Harris Hospital and Swain Hospital.
• Uses GE equipment and Paragon/PACS EHR system.
• Hospital offers five major service lines including orthopedics, cardiology, general surgery, women's care, and emergency medicine.
• Scrub color must be solid.
• Candidates must live 60 miles or greater from the facility for travel assignment eligibility.
• Candidates cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months.
• Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full time.
