Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with 3+ years of experience for night shifts at a free-standing Emergency and Urgent Care facility in the Florence area.

The role requires BLS, ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) certifications, SCRQSA (R)(CT), and an applicable license with the ability to provide a radiation badge. Travel experience a plus; SSN is required for consideration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years CT Technologist experience.
• BLS, ARRT (R), ARRT (CT), and SCRQSA (R)(CT) certifications required.
• License required if applicable.
• Must provide own radiation badge, as facility does not supply one to travelers.
• Experience with Siemens and GE imaging equipment required.
• SSN required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Free-standing Emergency and Urgent Care facility with 12 staffed beds.
• Multimodality CT/X-Ray position.
• Contract begins at main hospital campus for ~2 weeks before transition to Free-Standing ER/Urgent Care.
• 3x12 hour night shifts, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, Sundays–Saturdays as needed.
• Weekend shifts required; no on-call; no floating between units.
• Uses Siemens CT and X-ray equipment, GE Portable equipment; Epic EMR.
• First-time travelers will be considered.
• Teal and black scrubs color required.
• Free parking available; hurricane-season emergency duties possible.

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with 3+ years of experience to work night shifts at a free-standing emergency and urgent care facility.

Responsibilities

• Free-standing Emergency and Urgent Care facility with 12 staffed beds
• Multimodality CT/X-Ray position
• Contract begins at main hospital campus for approximately 2 weeks before transitioning to the Free-Standing ER and Urgent Care facility
• 3x12 hour night shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, scheduled Sunday through Saturday depending on needs
• Weekend shifts required
• No on-call requirements
• No floating required between units or sister facilities
• Uses Siemens CT and X-ray equipment, and GE Portable equipment
• Epic EMR used
• First-time travelers will be considered
• Teal and black scrub color required
• Free parking available
• Employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response duties during hurricane season (June through November)
• Block scheduling may be requested but is not guaranteed
• Approximately 4 hours of non-billable training modules required prior to start
• All requested time off must be submitted at time of application for consideration
• Previous MUSC staff (including PRN) must be separated from the system for at least 1 year before returning as a travel employee
• Local candidates considered only outside a 60-mile radius of the facility
