Job summary

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a night shift travel assignment in Colorado, requiring at least 6 months of recent acute care CT experience. The candidate must have BLS, ARRT (R) or (CT) certification, and licensure if applicable; pediatric experience and Meditech EMR familiarity are preferred.

The position runs 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM–7:30 AM), includes weekends, and offers a housing allowance, travel/licensure reimbursements, and non-taxed per diem benefits for Colorado

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of current acute care CT tech experience.
• BLS certification required.
• ARRT (R) or (CT) certification required.
• License required if applicable.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Prior Meditech experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• CAT Scan department with 2 scanners.
• Unit staffed with 5 techs: 3 day shift and 1 night shift, plus 2 X-ray techs available for additional support.
• Uses GE CT equipment.
• Meditech EMR.
• 13-week assignment with 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
• Includes weekend shifts.
• Typical procedures include stroke/head, C/A/P, and routine CT scans.
• Opportunity to work in Colorado during ski and snowboarding season with weekdays off for easy mountain access.
• Candidates should demonstrate accountability and prioritize patient experience.
• Must not have gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months.
