Job summary

American Traveler in Northern California is seeking a Multi-Modality CT Technologist with ARRT certification for a night shift at a 25-bed critical access hospital. You will perform radiographic and CT procedures, using Siemens CT equipment and Epic EMR, and work with a small team to maintain patient safety.

Requirements include an Associate's Degree in radiologic technology, BLS and ARRT certification, and an RT license if applicable.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in radiologic technology required.
• ARRT certification required.
• RT license required if applicable.
• Certification in two advanced modalities (CT, Mammography, MRI, or Sonography) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Critical access hospital with 25 beds located in Northern California.
• Uses Siemens CT equipment and Epic EMR.
• Performs at least two imaging modalities on a regular basis, including x-ray and CT.
• Night shift schedule, Monday through Thursday, 8:30 PM to 6:30 AM.
• Performs radiographic and computed tomography procedures consistent with experience level.
• Safely transports and transfers patients between gurneys and wheelchairs.
• Tests defibrillator and checks integrity of crash cart.
• Performs mobile imaging examinations including radiographic and fluoroscopic exams as necessary.
• Safely prepares contrast agents for medical imaging procedures.
• Accepts local candidates with no radius rule, local rates same as travel rates.
• Candidates with more than 5 days of requested time off will not be considered.
• Candidates with a prior adverse licensure action will not be considered.
