Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist for a 13-week night shift assignment in Atlanta, GA. ARRT(CT) certification and EPIC EMR proficiency are required.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of CT experience, Siemens 64-slice scanners, and cardiac/stroke imaging experience. Inpatient/ED imaging only, night shifts from 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a 30-minute meal break.

Qualifications

• ARRT CT certification is required.
• Associate's degree is required.
• BLS certification from AHA is required.
• Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience required.
• Experience with Siemens 64-slice CT scanners required.
• Cardiac and stroke imaging experience required.
• EPIC EMR experience required.
• Nicotine-free status required.
• License required if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient and emergency department CT imaging only, no outpatient cases.
• Patient population primarily 40 years and older.
• Utilizes Siemens 64-slice and new Siemens 256 Definition Flash CT scanners.
• EPIC EMR system used for documentation.
• Night shift schedule: 4x10-hour shifts from 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
• 30-minute meal break included.
• No on-call requirements.
• Perform CT imaging for inpatient and emergency department patients.
• Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates are not accepted.
• Former Emory employees must be separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility.
• RTO requests are limited to a maximum of 5 days if not near a holiday, or 3 days if on or near a holiday.
• Only one holiday RTO request is permitted per assignment.
• Experienced travelers preferred for this role.
