Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking a CT Technologist for a 13-week night shift assignment at a Level I/II Trauma teaching hospital in Michigan. Minimum 2 years’ CT experience and ARRT CT certification are required, with a Michigan license at submission.

You will work 3x12-hour nights (19:00–07:00) using GE and Siemens CT systems with PACS, and EPIC EMR. The role includes contrast administration, IVs, and trauma imaging, with travel-friendly benefits and housing support.

Qualifications

• ARRT CT certification is required.
• Minimum 2 years of CT tech experience.
• Active Michigan license required at submission.
• Experience with GE/Siemens and PACS systems.
• Proficiency in contrast media preparation and administration.
• Skilled in starting peripheral IVs and radiation safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT unit with 8 rooms and 1:2 patient ratio.
• Serve adult and geriatric patients.
• Night shift hours are 19:00–07:00, 3x12s.
• Use GE and Siemens CT equipment with PACS imaging system.
• Epic EMR experience is required.
• Perform CT procedures across head, spine, chest, abdomen, pelvis, and vascular studies.
• Trauma imaging, coronary CTA and brain perfusion studies preferred.
• Perform biopsies, drainages and aspirations as needed.
• Work within a Level I/II Trauma Center environment.
• First-time travelers are accepted; local candidates at travel rate.

• Minimum 2 years of CT Tech experience required
• Active Michigan (MI) license required at time of submission; compact licenses not accepted; license required if applicable
• Experience with GE, Siemens, and PACS systems required
• Proficiency in preparation and administration of contrast media
• Skilled in starting peripheral IVs and radiation safety practices
• Experience with multiplanar reconstruction (MRP) and region of interest (ROI) measurement
• Knowledge of isolation precautions and PPE protocols

• Night shift, 3x12 hours from 19:00 to 07:00

• Experience with trauma imaging, coronary CTA, and brain perfusion studies preferred
• Perform special procedures such as biopsies, drainages, and aspirations
• Work within a Level I/II Trauma Center environment
• First-time travelers are accepted
• Local candidates are accepted at the travel rate
• Former employees may return as travelers after one year
• All requested time off must be submitted at the start of the assignment, with no RTO permitted during the first week
