Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a 13-week day shift contract requiring 2+ years of experience on GE and Siemens scanners.

Details

• Radiology department setting


• Full-time schedule with 8 or 12 hour day shifts, starting at 7:00 AM


• Rotating weekend and holiday requirements


• No floating or on-call requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience on GE and Siemens Force scanners required, 4+ years preferred


• ARRT and IEMA certification required


• License required if applicable


• Active BLS certification required (American Heart or American Red Cross only)


• Epic EMR experience required


• Prior travel assignment experience required, including at least 1 completed travel contract


• Date of birth required for consideration


• 2 professional references required at time of consideration, with 1 reference from most recent travel assignment

Additional Information

• New graduates will not be considered


• First-time travelers will not be considered


• Returning permanent or per diem staff must have a 12-month break in service to be considered as a traveler


• Must complete an EKG test with a passing score prior to start, as well as an on-site EKG test on day 1 of orientation


• Candidates must pass the on-site EKG test to continue the contract


• RTO is limited to a maximum of 7 days for 13-week contracts


• Must work 1-2 holidays during the contract


• Local candidates accepted at the same rate within a 50 mile radius


• Facility conducts a 10-15 minute interview as part of the hiring process
