Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with at least 1 year of experience, pediatric experience preferred, to work with patients ages 0-18 in a pediatric hospital setting.

Details

• Pediatric hospital setting treating patients ages 0-18 with all types and diagnoses
• 10-hour day shifts on Sunday, Monday, and Saturday from 0700-1730
• Call shifts on Tuesday from 2100-0700
• 30 hours per week
• Weekend rotation dependent upon shift taken
• Possible on-call requirement limited to off-hours and weekends, up to 24 hours per month
• No floating required
• Uses Siemens Definition Edge and Biograph mCT Flow Edge (PET/CT) scanners

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a CT Technologist, pediatric experience preferred
• ARRT-CT certification required
• BLS certification required
• WA state license required if applicable
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to work with kindness and patience with pediatric patients and their families
• Ability to produce high-quality diagnostic images

Additional Information

• Facility is a newly built, 152-bed Level II trauma hospital including a 70-bed NICU
• First-time travelers will be considered
• Scrubs of any color are acceptable
• Free garage and street parking available, with local light rail as an alternative option
