American Traveler is hiring a CT/Rad Tech Dual Modality with at least 1 year of experience and BLS, ARRT(R)(CT) certification for a role in a Level IV Trauma Teaching Hospital.

Details

• 182 licensed bed Trauma Level IV teaching hospital with a Chest Pain Center and Stroke Center
• Radiology Diagnostics department averaging 325 patients per day across modalities
• Sees a variety of diagnoses across ED, Inpatient, and Outpatient areas
• 12 hour night shifts, Thursday/Friday/Saturday nights 8p-8a, 36 hours per week
• Holiday coverage required on Wednesday night 11/25 10p-630a
• Weekend rotation required with primary shifts on weekends
• Call requirements vary by modality and will be discussed during interview
• No floating required
• Uses Siemens and GE equipment
• EPIC EMR used

Requirements

• BLS and ARRT(R)(CT) required for dual modality CT/DX positions
• Minimum 1 year of core experience in the specialty area, with most recent experience within the last year
• Active license required if applicable
• Photo ID required during compliance process
• Last 4 of SSN and full date of birth required for consideration
• Minimum of 1 professional reference dated within one year from a Supervisor, Manager, Director, or Charge RN title

• Travelers expected to work 75% of holidays

• Radius rule requires permanent address to be 50 miles outside the home unit; local candidates not accepted
