Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Allentown, Pennsylvania. The role supports adult and pediatric acute care within a Level I Trauma and Stroke certified hospital, with day shifts and 3x12 hours.

Requirements include ARRT(CT) and BLS, at least 1 year CT experience, and Epic charting proficiency. On-call is not required; local candidates considered with a local rate differential.

Responsibilities

• Workday schedule: 12-hour shifts, 9:00 AM–9:00 PM, 36 hrs/week.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient care throughout exams.
• Collaborate with radiology and other departments as needed.

Description

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist for a Level I Trauma and Stroke Certified facility, requiring ARRT(CT) and BLS certification with at least 1 year of CT experience.

• CT Tech unit within a Level I Trauma and Stroke certified hospital
• Day shift schedule, 2x12 hours from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
• 13-week assignment length
• No on-call requirements
• Any scrub color accepted
• Uses GE 64 VCT/Lightspeed, GE 128 Revolution, Med Rad Injector, and ulrich motion injector equipment
• Epic charting system required
• Supports adult and pediatric acute care, outpatient, ICU, and Emergency Department settings

Requirements

• Level I Trauma experience required
• Epic charting experience required
• Must be able to work independently when needed
• Valid state license or certification required if applicable
• Valid professional references and copies of certifications required for consideration

Additional Information

• First-time travelers accepted with at least 1 year of CT experience
• Stroke Certified Hospital and Level I Trauma facility environment
• Local candidates accepted within a 50-mile radius with local rate differential applied
• RTO must be submitted prior to consideration, with no additional time off accepted afterward
• PA fingerprinting and lab work required shortly after contract signing
• Pass/fail clinical competency exam required for clearance
