Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Surgical Technician for an onsite 13-week contract in Denver. You will perform CST duties in the Main OR, supporting elective cases including Ortho/Spine/General/CV and maintaining a safe, clean environment for patients.

The role requires NBSTA, DORA, CST and BLS certifications, with at least 6 months of acute care CST experience. Day shift, 10 hours/day, 4 days/week, starting 9/30/2026, in a non-trauma, teamwork-focused unit.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months acute care CST hospital experience.
• Must have NBSTA and DORA certifications.
• Certified Surgical Technician (CST) and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in OR for elective cases across Ortho/Spine/General/CV.
• Prepare and maintain sterile field and equipment.
• Support patient care within surgical unit and adhere to policies.

• Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

Unit Guidelines/Policies:

• 30 minutes response time for on call
• As for call, 2nd call on some weekends and possibility of 1st call for 1-2 shifts.
