Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Travel RN (OR) for an onsite assignment at HCA HealthONE Sky Ridge in Lone Tree, CO. This 13-week contract begins 9/21/2026 with a night shift schedule (07:00 PM – 07:00 AM), 12-hour days, three days per week (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday).

Position requires 1+ year acute care OR RN experience, BLS/ACLS, and willingness to float to related tasks. Robotics experience and prior Meditech exposure are a plus; competitive weekly stipends apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year current acute care OR RN experience.
• BLS & ACLS required.
• Robotics experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide RN care in OR/travel assignment.
• Collaborate with surgical team in a 284-bed unit.
• Maintain patient safety and documentation per Meditech workflow.

• Number of Beds - 284
• Number of Staff – 55
• Type of staff:
  • Day Shift – 1 Charge RN, 1 Trauma RN and 1 Trauma Tech. Can Vary
  • Night Shift – 1 RN, 1 Tech, 2 RN on-call and 2 Tech's on-call
• Patient Ratios – 1:1, 1:2, estimated never guaranteed
• Type of equipment – DaVinci Robotics
• EMR – Meditech / CPN

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• Minimum 1-year current acute care OR RN experience
• BLS & ACLS

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• Traveled to large Trauma OR Facilities
• Robotics experience is highly preferred and candidates with this experience will be given priority
• Prior Meditech experience
