The Bronx District Attorney's Office is seeking an experienced Travel Coordinator to manage all domestic and international travel for staff, victims, and witnesses, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itineraries.

The role requires ensuring adherence to travel policy and directives, providing urgent changes, and maintaining records and reports of travel expenditures. Residency is not required; equal opportunity and diversity are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 3 years in community work or related duties.
• Equivalency acceptable with related education/experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree with 5 years travel coordinating experience.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate all domestic and international travel for employees, victims, and witnesses.
• Ensure travel bookings comply with travel policy and directives.
• Provide emergency travel support and last-minute changes as needed.
• Maintain records of bookings, receipts, and reports for reimbursement or reporting.
