OBR Management is seeking a Cooling Tower Cleaning Technician for Southern New Jersey. The role involves cleaning cooling towers and water storage tanks, with travel to Northeast client sites.

You will operate power washing equipment, follow safety protocols, and document activities, contributing to compliant, high-quality service. The position requires physical stamina, the ability to work early mornings or overtime, and a strong safety mindset while supporting critical infrastructure across

Qualifications

• Experience power washing or industrial cleaning.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Must be able to travel to customer sites and work varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cleaning of cooling towers and water storage tanks using power washing equipment.
• Operate power washers safely with appropriate spray heads and pressures.
• Assist with pre- and post-cleaning activities and site prep.
• Follow supervisor instructions to complete projects safely and on schedule.
• Complete safety documentation and daily paperwork.
• Follow all safety policies and chemical handling procedures.
• Read and apply SDS information as required.
• Maintain professional conduct while at client sites.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
