Job summary

OBR Management in Marlton, New Jersey seeks a Cooling Tower Cleaning Technician to perform thorough power washing and cleaning of cooling towers and water storage tanks, ensuring safe operation and compliance with standards.

You will travel frequently to customer sites across the Northeast, including Southern New Jersey, and follow safety procedures, perform pre/post-cleaning tasks, and complete required documentation. A high school diploma and experience with power washing are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience power washing or industrial cleaning.
• Able to work at heights and in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cleaning of cooling towers and water storage tanks.
• Operate power washers safely, selecting appropriate spray heads and pressures for each task.
• Follow supervisors' instructions to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Complete required safety documentation, including Job Hazard Analyses and daily paperwork.
• Follow all company safety policies, including proper PPE usage and chemical handling procedures.
• Read and apply information from Safety Data Sheets (SDS/MSDS) as required.
• Maintain a professional attitude and strong work ethic while representing the company at client sites.
