Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as a Travel Consultant.
• Experience in GDS Sabre across local and global markets.
• U.S. citizenship required due to Federal Government contract.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist civilian government travelers with domestic and international travel bookings.
• Provide high-quality customer service before, during and after trips.
• Troubleshoot and resolve travel issues; handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Coordinate with Emergency Service Center during surge periods as needed.

Flexibility to work 24/7 is required to support our Emergency Service Center when needed.The US national base salary range for this position is from $ $39,200.00 - $72,800.00 Annually. The national range provided includes the base salary that the company expects to pay for the role.
