American Express Global Business Travel is seeking a Chat Travel Consultant to join the U.S. Military and Government team, providing seamless travel support to Defense & Government travelers before, during, and after their business trips.

You will advise travelers via chat, resolve issues, and expertly book or change domestic and international flights, cars, and hotels. U.S. citizenship is required due to Federal Government contracts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as a Travel Consultant.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and a positive, can-do attitude.

The national range provided includes the base salary that the company expects to pay for the role.
