Job summary

AAA Travel Consultants help members plan and book domestic and international trips, including cruises, air, car, and hotel accommodations. You will use your travel knowledge to craft memorable itineraries and ensure every detail aligns with member expectations.

This role emphasizes sales, customer service, and the ability to work Saturdays and some evenings. Training through The Auto Club University supports career growth into leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; two or four-year degree preferred.
• Pass a comprehensive background check and urine drug screening.
• At least 2 years in retail sales, banking, or leisure travel agency background.

Responsibilities

• Sell international and domestic travel packages including cruises, land packages, itineraries, air, car, and hotel.
• Share knowledge from personal experiences or education trips.
• Develop long-standing relationships with AAA members and build referrals.
• Make tailored recommendations to exceed member expectations and cross-sell products.
