Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Travel Consultant to help AAA members plan domestic and international trips including cruises, air, hotel and car arrangements. You will draw on travel knowledge and personal experiences to craft tailored itineraries and build lasting relationships with members.

The role emphasizes sales and customer service, with training through The Auto Club University, performance incentives, and comprehensive travel benefits.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma is required, but a 2- or 4-year college degree is preferred.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
• Retail sales or banking experience, or leisure travel agency background, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell international and domestic travel packages including cruises, land packages, air, car and hotel.
• Share knowledge from personal experiences and education study trips.
• Develop long-standing relationships with members and generate referrals.
• Tailor trip experiences to member expectations and upsell relevant products.
