Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Travel Consultant to help members plan and book international and domestic travel, including cruises and airfare, by applying knowledge from travel experiences and education. You will tailor itineraries, offer expert recommendations, and contribute to member satisfaction.

We provide extensive training through The Auto Club University, recognition programs, and opportunities for advancement within AAA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• 2+ years of retail sales, banking, or leisure travel agency experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sells international and domestic travel packages including cruises, land packages, travel itineraries, air, car, and hotel.
• Shares knowledge and expertise from personal experiences and/or education study trips.
• Develops long-standing relationships with members and builds referral and repeat business.
• Cross-sell relevant products to enhance the trip experience, such as AAA Member Rewards Credit Card.
