Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Safety Manager for a full-time role at our Chehalis project in Washington. The position involves travel, per diem, and a travel incentive bonus, with a schedule of 10 days on-site then 4 days off.

You will lead and implement safety programs, perform incident investigations, and coordinate with project teams to ensure OSHA compliance across construction sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of safety management experience on commercial construction projects.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety best practices.
• Ability to lead safety programs and perform incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Implement Injury Illness Prevention and Safety Programs on projects.
• Participate in kickoff meetings and audits of safety systems.
• Conduct site safety walks, incident investigations, and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure OSHA compliance and safety training.
