Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Safety Engineer/Manager to support construction safety on a San Diego–area project. The role is full-time with potential travel and per diem incentives.

Expect to implement safety programs, lead risk assessments, and coordinate with site teams to ensure OSHA compliance. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of safety management experience on mission-critical projects, a four-year degree in safety or related field, and relevant certifications.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of successful safety management experience on mission critical projects.
• Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA 70E and LOTO requirements for construction.
• First-aid, CPR and AED training (nationally recognized).
• Ability to temporarily travel to project locations.
• Proactive, independent worker with strong communication and leadership.

Aufgaben

• Implement Injury Illness Prevention Program on assigned projects.
• Implement Safety Program on assigned projects and audit safety systems.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure OSHA compliance and safety planning.
• Attend project meetings; develop and distribute safety-related minutes.
• Conduct jobsite walks, incident investigations, and corrective follow-ups.
• Develop site-specific safety plans and train on safety topics.
