Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Travel Project Manager to lead large, complex construction programs from pre-construction through closeout in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate with field teams, general contractors, subcontractors, and owners while managing schedules, budgets, safety, and quality.

Frequent travel is required, with projects including data center work. This permanent role is based out of Atlanta, GA, offering growth opportunities on high-demand projects and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years related construction experience or equivalent.
• Degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Mechanical Engineering, or similar preferred.
• Experience with Bluebeam software highly valued.
• Experience with Procore or similar construction management platforms highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead and consult with field project managers, general contractors, and owners to drive successful project outcomes.
• Own and manage projects from pre-construction through completion.
• Develop and maintain detailed construction project schedules.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to resolve design coordination issues.
• Review and approve budgets for labor, materials, and subcontractors; manage cash flow and cost control.
• Manage change orders and subcontractor contracts; ensure timely payment and contract compliance.
