Job summary

Reliant Critical Infrastructure in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Data Centers to lead data center construction from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and project controls while coordinating design teams, contractors, vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders.

This role oversees CSA and MEP construction, emphasizes safety, quality, and mission-critical facility requirements, and requires 50% travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of construction PM experience, data center preferred.
• Experience leading CSA and MEP scopes.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, procurement and controls knowledge.
• Willingness to travel 50% and work nights/weekends as required.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution from preconstruction through commissioning.
• Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and financial reporting.
• Oversee CSA and MEP construction activities.
• Coordinate design teams, contractors, vendors, clients, and stakeholders.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract administration.
• Review plans for constructability and schedule impacts.
• Lead meetings and report progress to stakeholders.
• Support commissioning and turnover of completed projects.
• Drive safety, quality, and mission-critical requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve project processes.
