Job summary

TA Loving is seeking an experienced project management professional to lead one or more construction projects from planning through completion. You will direct safety, budgeting, procurement, and scheduling while ensuring the project finishes on time and under budget.

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and vendor coordination across teams. Responsibilities include maintaining project docs, coordinating with owners and subcontractors, and driving profitability.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience as Project Engineer, Superintendent, or Assistant Project Manager.
• Experience in construction, finance, design, scheduling, and management preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage safety, risk, and compliance for project sites.
• Develop and manage project budgets, Buyout, and contracts.
• Coordinate procurement, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Maintain project documentation: RFIs, submittals, schedules, and logs.
• Lead meetings with owners, subcontractors, and engineers.
• Ensure on-time project completion within budget and quality standards.
