Job summary

Johnson Service Company, a division of Midlands Contracting, Inc., is seeking a Foreman to join our growing construction team. The position covers Eastern Nebraska with travel Monday–Friday and home on weekends.

• Requires previous supervisory or management experience.
• Ability to lead and manage a two-person crew.
• Capable of managing projects and communicating with city engineers.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a two-person crew on pipeline projects.
• Coordinate with city employees and engineers to maintain professionalism.
• Oversee pipeline cleaning and televising operations (training provided).
• Track daily manhours and production quantities.
• Document performance feedback clearly and professionally.
